Getting started

How do I create an account?

Tap Join, choose a username (at least 3 characters) and a password (at least 6), and confirm you are 18 or older — Caribbeanvibez is an 18+ community. You can also join with Continue with Google.

How do I sign in?

Type your username, email or mobile number and your password — or use Continue with Google if you connected Google. For a mobile number, spaces, dashes and the + sign don't matter.

I forgot my password — what do I do?

Use Forgot your password? on the login page. Enter your username (or mobile number) and the recovery number you were given when you joined, then choose a new password — you'll get a new recovery number straight away. If you have lost the number and added an email to your account, the same page can send you a reset link instead.

What is my recovery number?

A private code like CVZ-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX that you get when you join. It resets your password without needing email, so write it down and keep it private. Lost it? While you're signed in, open your recovery number page to make a new one — the old one stops working.

Can I take the tour again?

Yes — press Quick tour for the main features or Full tour to visit every tab, at the top of this page, any time. Each step is read aloud; tap 🔊 on the tour card to turn the narration off or on.

Music, DJs and voting

How does DJ voting work?

Open Voting and vote for your favourite DJs. Votes decide the rankings you see on the home page and the Royalty pages.

What is the Riddim Studio?

Under Beats you can build Caribbean riddims in your browser, record vocals with the voice editor, and share what you make in the Beat Gallery.

What are live sessions?

Members aged 18 or over can broadcast a live DJ session of Caribbean music from Live. Sessions are recorded and you are told so throughout; see the live session rules.

Events and parties

How do I find events near me?

Open Events and filter by country, city, event type, genre, date or start time.

How do I host a party?

Use Create Party. Some party types (VIP, VVIP) are invite-only and need a minimum number of followers.

Private groups

What is a private group?

A small invite-only space (up to 50 members) with its own message board. Only members can see the group, its members and its posts.

How do I start one or invite people?

Go to Groups, create a group, then invite members by their username. They accept the invitation from their Groups page.
